
Sinigang is a refreshing soups and one of the famous Filipino dishes because of the unique flavor it give. Sinigang has different variations it can be sinigang na isda (fish), sinigang na baboy (pork), sinigang na hipon (shrimp), sinigang na baka (beef), and sinigang na manok (chicken) all of that includes vegetable like white radish, water spinach, yardlong beans, and eggplant sinigang uses tamarind or any ingredient to make it sour but most of Filipino people love sinigang na baka because it is more tasty especially if you add some green long peppers.
